Key Requirements

Compliance with the standard requirements of a global business company is mandatory.
A minimum of four resident full-time professionals must be employed, with at least one holding a managerial position.
The company must maintain a physical office in Mauritius.
An annual operating expenditure of MUR 2 million (approximately USD 60,000) is required.
